Cassola was a great in-hotel restaurant in Guadalajara that we enjoyed everyday for breakfast. As you enter the spot, you are taken to your seats and the service was spot on. The staff was polite and spoke English which made ordering food very smooth!

We got one buffet and I did an Ala cart and have to mention that I enjoyed these options more than the Buffet for the price. I tried something called the Divorced eggs which was absolutely amazing., They served one fried egg with green sauce and the other with a red sauce.. just different flavors but such a great idea for breakfast.

We also ordered Chicken drumsticks for dinner one evening and absolutely loved how tenderly it was cooked and flavors embedded in it! This is a must order here, you won't regret it!

I think its a great place to visit for breakfast and if you are staying multiple days do try to switch between Ala Carte and the buffet at breakfast.

Upscale restaurant in the Hyatt Regency Andares. The food is very tasty. I ordered the torta ahogada which is a typical sandwich from Guadalajara. They serve a very spicy Chile sauce on the side that you add yourself, which is good because it can be very spicy.  They have a brick oven where they make pizzas. They also have a full bar and outside terrace. Staff is top notch! Both times that I went during my hotel stay the restaurant was somewhat lonely but I think that has to do with its location in the hotel.
